
Manager, Athlete Marketing

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Red Bull's brand and products through our team of athletes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including athletes, coaches, and brand ambassadors, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain relationships with athletes, ensuring they are properly representing the brand and meeting marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for athlete partnerships and sponsorships.
- Create and manage budgets for athlete marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the sports industry, including key events, athletes, and emerging trends.
- Communicate regularly with athletes, providing them with marketing materials and guidance to ensure they are effectively promoting the brand.
- Monitor and report on the success of athlete marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to meet goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure all marketing initiatives are compliant.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to leverage athlete partnerships and elevate the Red Bull brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Athlete Marketing, Preferably In The Sports Industry
Strong Understanding Of Brand Marketing And The Ability To Develop And Execute Marketing Strategies
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build Relationships With Athletes And Their Teams
Experience Managing And Coordinating Events And Sponsorships, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis
