- Lead and oversee all aspects of supply chain finance operations for Red Bull, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives that drive efficiency and profitability within the global supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and marketing, to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain processes.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to make strategic recommendations for inventory management, sourcing, and procurement.
- Create and manage financial models and projections to support decision-making and drive growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on supply chain financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to supply chain finance, and integrate them into Red Bull's operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term supply chain strategies and contribute to overall business growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Finance Or Related Field, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Supply Chain Costs.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making.
