Job Description

Brand & Product Insights in partnership with the Santa Monica Brand Marketing Leadership team. Field Marketing Insights to ensure that actionable consumer insights are delivered to field based marketers across Red Bull’s region structure. Build strong relationships across marketing department heads across Brand, Culture, Sports and Red Bull Media Network to influence planning and decision-making. Develop new insights-driven frameworks that disrupt decision-making inertia, spotlight new opportunities and drive clarity/alignment across functions. Develop a marketing analytics strategy that combines existing technical infrastructure, data management, resourcing, and strategy to support Red Bull’s marketing goals and priorities. Cultivate deep relationships with other Red Bull insights teams to maximize internal resources, collaborate on high-impact projects and drive aligned insights POVs. Oversee the team’s overall research/initiative pipeline and annual plan, balancing a full portfolio of short-term business needs with longer-term big bets.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years insights/strategy experience, ideally both vendor- and client-side roles

  • Deep experience in leading teams, with a track record of building new capabilities and coaching to promotion

  • Direct experience with IRI and Numerator data, as well as category management, is a plus

  • CPG and media experience is important; additional expertise in sports, music/dance, gaming and/or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred
