
Consumer Collecting Specialist
Deliver trainings and tools to ensure Wings and SBM teams are set up to successfully deliver on plans. Empower Wings and SBMs to create and own ‘bottom-up’ plans. Coach direct reports to grow their skills and increase brand knowledge. Manage local resource allocation (e.g. budgets, cans, hours, etc.) based on national strategy and Business Unit (BU) KPIs. Build a localized plan with the Brand Marketing Manager to increase trial and intensify consumption. Conduct regular market visits to better understand the focus areas and executional challenges. Identify and develop new opportunities beyond existing programs that will win new users and intensify existing consumption. Lead execution of local and national trial-driving and collegiate “big moment” campaigns in collaboration with Cross Marketing and Key Accounts.

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
