Initiate collections follow up by phone, email, and team channels. Process central billing payments to distributors. Review daily incoming payments from essential accounts. Keep Teams channel up-to-date daily. Communicate internally with sales, IT, and accounting to ensure collections of payments from direct ship customers. Research invoiced payment discrepancies. Resolve distributor and retail chain inquiries. Provide portal support for distributors when needed. Post incoming payments for direct ship customers. Help with accounts payable payment review process twice a week.
Understanding of customers EDI interfaces for invoices and payments
5 years of accounts receivable experience and some experience in accounts payable
Bachelor degree preferred
