  1. Develop training sessions and drills specifically tailored for goalkeepers at the academy level.
  2. Work closely with the head coach and other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive training plan for the team.
  3. Identify and recruit talented young goalkeepers for the academy program.
  4. Evaluate the technical and tactical abilities of each goalkeeper and create individualized development plans.
  5. Provide regular and constructive feedback to goalkeepers on their performance and progress.
  6. Teach proper techniques and strategies for various goalkeeping situations, including shot stopping, distribution, and communication with defenders.
  7. Conduct video analysis sessions to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  8. Create a positive and supportive learning environment for goalkeepers to thrive in.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest coaching methods and techniques for goalkeeping.
  10. Communicate with parents and guardians of academy goalkeepers to provide updates on their progress and development.
  11. Attend and assist with academy matches to provide in-game coaching and support for goalkeepers.
  12. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a holistic approach to player development.
  13. Uphold the values and philosophy of Red Bull in all coaching and training activities.
  14. Act as a role model and mentor for goalkeepers, promoting professionalism, dedication, and sportsmanship.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the academy goalkeeper program and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Goalkeeping Techniques And Tactics, Including A Strong Understanding Of The Principles Of Modern Goalkeeping.

  • Proven Track Record Of Coaching And Developing Goalkeepers At Various Levels, From Youth To Professional.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Teach And Motivate Goalkeepers Of All Ages And Skill Levels.

  • Familiarity With The Red Bull Philosophy And Style Of Play, And Ability To Incorporate It Into Goalkeeper Training Sessions.

  • A Minimum Of A Uefa A Or Equivalent Coaching License, With A Strong Commitment To Ongoing Education And Professional Development In The Field Of Goalkeeping Coaching.
