Job Description

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer you will help define and drive the future of the RE/MAX customer experience. You provide digital design solutions that are well informed by a blend of user research and industry standards. Identify and integrate user needs with business requirements to build simple and elegant design solutions. Setup and conduct qualitative user research. Deliver data-driven design artifacts from low to high fidelity. Ownership of the user experience for projects from start to finish, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and user validation. Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify and support improvements across platforms.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer building digital software products

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process

  • Experience setting up and managing a design system

  • Expert knowledge in responsive web and mobile first design
