Project Manager - Strategic Programs

Responsible for overseeing the project management lifecycle of strategic, enterprise level projects. This position will facilitate the execution of initiatives that span the global reach of the RE/MAX customer base. Organize and coordinate on-time delivery of all enterprise level strategic projects. Create project delivery standards, execution expectations, and reporting process across initiatives. Manage project governance so that decisions are made by the right people, based on the right information. Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives and milestones for the project as well as the adjunct project plans. Establish project KPIs/success factors and regularly report on successes and opportunities for improvement. Perform risk management to identify, track, manage and minimize project and operations risks across all projects. Lead and facilitate organizational change management for successful project implementation and transformation.
