Business Analyst - Strategic Programs

The Business Analyst will work directly with customer stakeholders to define and document all requirements for the approved application changes, enhancements for the products in the assigned portfolio, and new service offerings and approaches. The Business Analyst will understand the business processes and application needs as communicated by the customer stakeholders, then determine viable solutions to address those needs. Support the planning, implementation and roll-out of new products, version releases, enhancements, and new service offerings. Gather and define functional business and user requirements based on the needs of the organization and/or end user. Participate in regular business and discovery meetings with business, end user, customer, internal product, service staff and IT staff as well as vendors. Create and document user stories as needed. Manage project backlog, working with the business on setting priorities and deliverables Work with 3rd party vendors and internal developers to communicate and clarify business requirements.
