
Workday Senior Support Analyst

- Provide expert-level support for the Workday system to ensure smooth operations for all employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday, staying up-to-date on system updates, enhancements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Train and support end-users on Workday functionality, including new hires, managers, and HR partners.
- Lead or participate in system upgrades and implementations, testing new features and functionality.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize Workday functionality and increase efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Workday technology, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all internal stakeholders, addressing and resolving any Workday-related concerns promptly.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of Workday.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data confidentiality and security at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Implementing And Supporting Workday Hris.
Strong Knowledge Of Workday Modules Including Core Hcm, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, And Time Tracking.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Within Workday.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
