  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our temporary labor program, including the placement and management of temporary employees.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the temporary labor program and drive success.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient placement of temporary employees.
  4. Monitor and track the performance of temporary employees and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to the temporary labor program to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Communicate with temporary employees to ensure a positive and productive work experience.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to the temporary labor program and provide timely and effective resolution.
  8. Coach, mentor, and develop temporary employees to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of the program.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of the temporary labor program with overall company goals and objectives.
  10. Monitor industry trends and best practices related to temporary labor programs, and make recommendations for improvements based on this research.
  11. Manage and track budget and expenses related to the temporary labor program.
  12. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  15. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on the performance and success of the temporary labor program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Temporary Labor Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations Related To Temporary Workers, Including Compliance With Immigration And Visa Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Temporary Labor Agencies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Coordinating Temporary Labor Resources, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, And Performance Management.
