Collaborate with Collins Account Management team and program team to ensure the capture of customer requirement and align the Collins technical solution with the business requirements. Supports technical interchange meetings, sales calls, and answering technical questions throughout the sales process to progress/close sales and develop customer relationships. Close tracking opportunities of the assigned Collins products and services. Support sales leadership to create, maintain and prioritize product opportunities. Deliver product workshops, conduct product demonstrations and training for prospective customers. Understand the competition in the market and has the knowledge to position Collins’ value proposition. Collaborates with Collins program teams to drive unmatched customer satisfaction and establishes deep technical account relationships.
