As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our internal systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.   1. Manage and maintain all internal systems and networks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  3. Develop and implement system upgrades and updates as needed to improve performance and security.
  4. Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures for all systems.
  5. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for system efficiency.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement new solutions.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
  9. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for all systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  11. Work closely with other departments to understand their system needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  12. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to protect company data and systems.
  13. Participate in disaster recovery planning and perform backup and recovery procedures as needed.
  14. Train and support users on new systems and software.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors.
  16. Continuously monitor and improve system performance, including system uptime and response time.
  17. Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems and integrations.
  18. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  19. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  20. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Systems Administration Or Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows, Linux, And Unix.

  • Familiarity With Virtualization Technologies, Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Deadlines.
