  2. Monitor and track project progress and cost performance using earned value management principles.
  3. Create and maintain detailed project performance reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of project data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
  6. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in earned value management.
  8. Support project managers in creating and updating project schedules and budgets.
  9. Provide training and guidance to project team members on earned value management principles and processes.
  10. Proactively identify potential project risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  11. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to project management and data analysis.
  13. Participate in performance reviews and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide earned value management policies and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and values in all job duties and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Understanding Of Earned Value Management (Evm) Principles And Processes: A Specialist Evm Analyst At Raytheon Technologies Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Evm Principles And Practices, Including The Ability To Develop And Analyze Cost Performance Index (Cpi) And Schedule Performance Index (Spi) Metrics.

  • Proficiency In Using Evm Tools And Software: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Evm Tools And Software Such As Deltek Cobra, Earned Value Management System (Evms), And Earned Value Management Analytics (Evma). This Includes The Ability To Generate Reports, Perform Data Analysis, And Identify Potential Issues Or Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies: The Role Of A Specialist Evm Analyst Requires A Good Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Critical Path Method (Cpm). This Knowledge Will Enable The Candidate To Effectively Integrate Evm Processes Into Project Management Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Evm Analyst Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Analyze Project Data, Identify Trends, And Provide Recommendations For Improvement. This Includes The Ability To Interpret Data And Communicate Findings To Project Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Team Collaboration Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Is Crucial For A Specialist Evm Analyst. This Includes The Ability To Present Evm Metrics And Analysis To Project Teams And Senior Management, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Other Departments Such As Finance, Contracts, And Procurement.
