Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Sonic Polisher At Raytheon Technologies Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Basic Knowledge And Skills In Academics And Is Capable Of Understanding And Following Instructions.

  • Previous Experience In Metal Polishing: Prior Experience In Metal Polishing Is Highly Preferred For This Role. Candidates With Experience In Using Sonic Polishing Equipment And Techniques Will Have An Advantage In The Selection Process.

  • Attention To Detail: Sonic Polishing Requires Precision And Attention To Detail. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Consistently Produce High-Quality Polished Parts.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Sonic Polishing Involves Standing For Extended Periods And Handling Heavy Parts And Equipment. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects.
