Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Assembly, And Composites
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives In A Fast-Paced Environment.
