  1. Develop and implement signal and power integrity design solutions for electronic systems, ensuring high reliability and performance.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of electronic systems to identify and resolve potential signal and power integrity issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, system engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful integration of signal and power integrity solutions.
  4. Utilize industry standard tools and techniques to simulate, model, and measure signal and power integrity performance.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in signal and power integrity technology, and incorporate these into design processes.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot complex signal and power integrity issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  7. Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Conduct thorough documentation of signal and power integrity processes, procedures, and results.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide expertise on signal and power integrity aspects of electronic systems.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance signal and power integrity.
  11. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  12. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Signal And Power Integrity Analysis Tools, Such As Ansys Hfss, Cst Microwave Studio, And Keysight Ads.

  • Experience With High-Speed Digital Design And Simulation, Including Serdes, Ddr, And Pcie.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards For Signal And Power Integrity, Such As Ieee 802.3 Ethernet, Ddr, And Pci Express.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Signal And Power Integrity Issues In A Timely Manner.
