Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Or Mechanical Engineering: A Senior Process Engineer At Raytheon Technologies Should Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Concepts, Which Can Be Acquired Through A Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering: In Order To Be Considered For A Senior Process Engineer Role At Raytheon Technologies, Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.
Proficient In Process Simulation And Modeling Software: Raytheon Technologies Is A Leader In Technology And Innovation, And As Such, Their Senior Process Engineers Should Be Well-Versed In Process Simulation And Modeling Software, Such As Aspen Plus, Hysys, Or Promax.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Principles: Raytheon Technologies Is Committed To Continuous Improvement, And Their Senior Process Engineers Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies To Drive Process Optimization And Efficiency.
