  1. Design and develop high-performance RF antenna systems for advanced defense technologies.
  2. Utilize your expertise and technical knowledge to lead and guide the design process from concept to production.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify and implement innovative solutions for challenging design requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to ensure successful integration of antenna systems into larger defense systems.
  5. Perform simulations and testing to validate and optimize antenna designs for performance and reliability.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF antenna design to continuously improve and enhance our technologies.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
  8. Ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications throughout the development process.
  9. Communicate and present design concepts, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the design process.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select and procure necessary materials for antenna production.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and procedures.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to stay current in the field of RF antenna design.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Rf Antenna Design: A Senior Principal Rf Antenna Design Engineer Should Have A Strong Background And Proven Experience In Designing Rf Antennas For Various Applications. This Includes Experience With Different Antenna Types, Materials, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Expertise In Electromagnetic Simulation Tools: Knowledge And Proficiency In Electromagnetic Simulation Software, Such As Hfss, Cst, Or Feko, Is Essential For This Role. This Person Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Design And Optimize Antenna Performance And Characteristics.

  • Familiarity With Advanced Antenna Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cutting-Edge Antenna Technologies, Such As Phased Arrays, Beamforming, And Adaptive Antennas. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Developing Innovative Antenna Solutions For Complex Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Principal Rf Antenna Design Engineer, This Person Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Collaborating With Other Departments. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Senior Principal Rf Antenna Design Engineer Position.
