- Develop and implement innovative modeling, simulation, and analysis techniques to support defense and aerospace programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts to achieve project goals and objectives.

- Analyze and interpret simulation and analysis results to provide insights and recommendations to project teams.

- Generate technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in modeling, simulation, and analysis processes and methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop proposals and win new projects.
- Represent the company in technical discussions and presentations with customers and partners.
- Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork within the engineering team.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Master's Or Phd Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Mathematics, Physics, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Modeling, Simulation, And Analysis In The Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Advanced Simulation Tools And Techniques, Such As Monte Carlo Analysis, Statistical Modeling, And Optimization.
Proven Leadership Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Engineers And Analysts.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
