  2. Ensure that all new products and processes meet quality standards, cost targets, and production schedules.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the NPI process.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of new products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  6. Monitor and track progress of NPI projects, providing regular updates and reports to management.
  7. Utilize your expertise and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers in NPI processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the NPI team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing, Specifically In New Product Introduction (Npi) Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Ability To Apply Them In A Manufacturing Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Manufacturing And Npi.
