  1. Design and develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  2. Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  6. Train and mentor junior manufacturing engineers and production personnel on new processes and procedures.
  7. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on production.
  8. Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing process.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
  11. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new products and processes.
  12. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
  13. Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management on process performance.
  14. Identify and implement automation and technology solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing principles and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Manufacturing Processes Such As Cnc Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, And Assembly.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
