- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations and company standards.
- Advise management on security issues and provide recommendations for the protection of classified information and facilities.
- Conduct security briefings and training for employees to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Manage the company's security clearance process, including initial and periodic reinvestigations.
- Conduct security reviews and audits to assess compliance and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and maintain security systems and controls to prevent unauthorized access to classified information.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or violations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security requirements are met in all aspects of operations and projects.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in security regulations and requirements, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for security inquiries and requests from government agencies and clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized security records and documentation.
- Train and mentor junior security analysts on security protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and contractors to ensure proper security measures are in place for joint projects.
- Participate in security assessments and inspections to maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Continuously monitor security processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industrial Security Regulations: A Senior Industrial Security Analyst Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of All Relevant Industrial Security Regulations, Including The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom), Defense Security Service (Dss) Policies, And Other Government Regulations.
Experience In Special Programs: This Position Requires Significant Experience In Handling And Managing Special Programs, Such As Special Access Programs (Saps) And Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci) Programs. A Senior Industrial Security Analyst Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Implementing And Maintaining Security Protocols For These Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Government Agencies, Internal Stakeholders, And External Parties. A Senior Industrial Security Analyst Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Stakeholders.
Leadership And Project Management Abilities: As A Senior-Level Position, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Leading A Team Of Security Professionals And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously While Adhering To Tight Deadlines.
Security Clearance: A Senior Industrial Security Analyst Must Hold An Active Top Secret Security Clearance With Sci Eligibility. This Is A Mandatory Requirement For Handling Classified Information And Overseeing Special Programs At Raytheon Technologies.
