As the lead engineer in our semiconductor wet process department, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our wet process techniques to ensure the highest quality semiconductor products.   1. Lead and oversee all aspects of wet process engineering in the semiconductor department.
  2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve wet process techniques to ensure the highest quality semiconductor products.
  3. Analyze current wet process procedures and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to wet process engineering.
  5. Train and mentor junior engineers in wet process techniques and procedures.
  6. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in wet process technology, and implement relevant changes to improve processes.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports to management on the performance of the wet process department.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the wet process department.
  9. Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and select new equipment and materials for wet process engineering.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive towards common goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Wet Process Engineering.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Wet Process Techniques, Such As Etching, Cleaning, And Deposition.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Process Issues.
