  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of semiconductor equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for all equipment processes and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and developments in semiconductor equipment technology.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers on the operation and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
  8. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and procure new equipment and parts.
  9. Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on equipment performance and any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Semiconductor Equipment, Preferably In A High-Volume Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes And Equipment, Such As Lithography, Etching, Deposition, And Metrology.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Semiconductor Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Plcs, Robotics, And Vacuum Systems.

  • Experience With Process Improvement And Optimization Techniques, Such As Statistical Process Control And Lean Principles.
