  1. Perform testing and troubleshooting on radio frequency components and systems.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement test plans and procedures.
  3. Maintain and calibrate equipment used for RF testing and measurements.
  4. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  5. Document and report test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Assist in the design and development of RF systems and components.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with RF equipment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper testing and troubleshooting techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
  11. Prioritize and manage workload to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Rf Testing, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Using Rf Test Equipment Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, And Power Meters.

  • Knowledge Of Rf Communication Systems And Protocols, Including Microwave, Satellite, And/Or Wireless Technologies.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Fcc Regulations And Military Specifications.
