
Quality Engineer
Act as the liaison for the company on Regulatory, Customer and third-party audits. Implements Organization’s Quality Management System and Safety Management System to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Review & revise Regulatory Exposition Documents, Company Quality Policy, Quality Procedures including the scope of work & capability list periodically as necessary. Conduct System, product and process audits to ensure regulatory/customer requirements compliance. Drive Corrective Action Request (CAR) prompt closure with effective Corrective and Preventive actions. Custodian of all Quality documents and ensures timely and periodic upkeeping is performed to meet regulatory and corporate requirements. Support the review and approval process of First Article Inspection and ensure process changes are effectively captured and documented. Track and monitor quality KPIs and perform trend analysis to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
Minimum Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of Compliance related roles.
Knowledge of RCCA/HF techniques.
Previous experience in Compliance related role is an added advantage (Ex: Ethics, EH&S, Trade, etc)
Knowledge/ application experience of Statistical Process Control Tools is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of aviation quality assurance experience
