  1. Develop and implement quality compliance processes and procedures in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any quality or compliance issues.
  4. Review and approve quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  5. Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Train and educate employees on quality and compliance procedures and ensure understanding and adherence to these standards.
  7. Investigate and document any quality or compliance incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Act as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and compliance related matters and provide guidance and support to team members.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall quality and compliance within the organization.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality compliance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Compliance Role, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100, And Experience In Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Regulations And Industry Standards, Including Itar And Far.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements To All Levels Of The Organization.
