  10. Stay informed of industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within programs.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Act as a point of contact for clients and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects Or Programs On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Program Management Methodologies, Tools And Techniques, Such As Pmi's Project Management Body Of Knowledge (Pmbok) Or Agile Methodology.
