Job Description

As a Production Control Manager at Raytheon Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production processes.   • Create and maintain production schedules, taking into account factors such as resource availability, material lead times, and customer demand
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely tracking of materials and products
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Identify and escalate potential production issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor production control team members to ensure a high level of performance and continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in production control and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Communicate production status and performance metrics to upper management and provide regular updates on progress towards goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Control Or Manufacturing Operations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Production Planning, Scheduling, And Inventory Management.

  • Experience With Erp Systems And Other Production Control Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
