  1. Conduct thorough investigations into engineering issues and provide expert analysis and recommendations to resolve them.
  2. Utilize advanced engineering knowledge and techniques to develop innovative solutions for defense, aerospace, and cybersecurity challenges.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  6. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering and investigations to ensure best practices are followed.
  8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards to maintain quality and safety.
  9. Lead and coordinate investigations and ensure timely and accurate reporting of findings.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation and reports to track progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  11. Collaborate with legal teams to provide technical expertise and support in legal proceedings.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Systems Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Systems Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Complex Systems.

  • Proficiency In Investigation And Analysis: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Investigation And Analysis Techniques, With A Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal System Engineer & Investigator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Investigators. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Customers.
