- Lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems for defense, civil government, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify system design and integration opportunities.
- Develop technical documentation and presentations to communicate system design and integration plans to stakeholders.
- Utilize strong technical expertise to identify and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.

- Mentor and guide other engineers in the team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Continuously monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and identify potential risks or issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and other team members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project strategies and goals.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work.
- Act as a subject matter expert in system design and integration, and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes, Including Requirements Analysis, System Design, Integration, Verification, And Validation.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Modeling And Simulation Tools, System Architecture Development, And Systems Integration And Test.
