  1. Develop and maintain program plans and schedules to support the overall project goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct detailed analysis of program data and performance metrics to identify trends and potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status and progress.
  4. Create and maintain program budgets, forecasting future costs and tracking expenditures.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on program status and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Monitor and track program performance against established milestones and deliverables.
  8. Develop and maintain risk management plans to proactively address any potential program risks.
  9. Provide guidance and support to project teams on program planning and control processes and procedures.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on program status, progress, and potential risks.
  11. Conduct regular reviews of program data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for assigned programs.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program planning and control processes.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on program planning and control best practices.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards in all aspects of program planning and control.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Financial Planning, Or Project Control In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Far And Dfars.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Managing Project Budgets, Forecasts, And Financial Reports.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Financial Risks And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
