  1. Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets for key programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and customer requirements.
  2. Conduct regular analysis of program financial data and provide insights and recommendations to program management team.
  3. Monitor program costs and expenses, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to program stakeholders.
  5. Support program managers in contract negotiations and financial planning for new and existing programs.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  7. Monitor and track program progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Participate in program reviews and provide financial updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management and financial analysis.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to financial reporting and compliance.
  11. Train and mentor junior program control analysts as needed.
  12. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of program control processes.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellence in program management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Program Planning And Control, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Contracts And Regulations, Including Far And Dfar.

  • Proficiency In Project Management And Scheduling Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.
