  1. Develop and implement production control strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  2. Oversee the production scheduling process and monitor production progress to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to production control.
  6. Train and mentor production control team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  7. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on production progress and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the production control process.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels for production needs.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production control to drive innovation and improve processes.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  13. Conduct periodic audits of production control processes and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential disruptions to production.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert for production control processes and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Control Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Production Planning, Inventory Management, And Scheduling In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Forecast And Anticipate Production Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
