  15. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements based on materials and process findings.
  16. Contribute to the development of company-wide materials and process strategies.
  17. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our materials and process capabilities.
  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on all materials and process activities.
  19. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure materials and processes meet all quality standards.
  20. Adhere to project timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality results.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Engineering, Preferably In Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Expertise In Materials Selection, Processing, And Testing For Advanced Technologies Such As Composites, Ceramics, And Additive Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Materials And Processes, Including As9100 And Nadcap.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects From Concept To Production.
