Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Structural Analysis And Design For Aerospace Or Defense Systems.
Proficiency In Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software Such As Ansys Or Nastran.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Structural Analysis, Such As Asme, Astm, And Mil-Std.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
