Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Relevant Field.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mechanical Design Principles, Materials, And Manufacturing Processes.
Familiarity With Relevant Software Tools And Systems, Such As Cad, Fea, And Project Management Software.
