- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all aspects of our operations.
- Lead and manage complex industrial engineering projects, including identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data, and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in all areas of the organization.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase cost savings.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify potential areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Analyze production data and create reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Train and mentor team members on industrial engineering principles and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting project updates and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Tools
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Complex Projects
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
