  1. Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives for hardware products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes and procedures.
  3. Ensure the highest level of product reliability and customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of quality goals and objectives.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior quality engineers.
  7. Develop and implement quality metrics to measure and track product performance.
  8. Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to identify any potential issues or non-conformances.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  11. Identify and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and promote a proactive approach to quality.
  13. Generate and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  14. Train and mentor team members on quality processes and procedures.
  15. Participate in product design and development reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Continuous Improvement Initiatives In A Hardware Engineering Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Systems And Processes, Including As9100 And Iso 9001 Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Process Improvements And Reducing Defects And Rework In Hardware Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision Making.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hardware Quality Engineering Roles.
