Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Expertise In Designing And Developing Electrical Systems And Components For Complex Defense Or Aerospace Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Electrical Engineering, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Do-178B.
Strong Leadership, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
