- Design and develop advanced analog power systems for next-generation products.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to create innovative solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Lead the development and testing of new analog power designs, including creating and executing test plans.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of analog circuits to identify and resolve any issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analog power design, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the team.
- Communicate progress and technical updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the design and development of analog power systems.
- Continuously review and enhance existing designs for optimization and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the design and development process.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Analog Power Design.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Analog Power Design, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Power Electronics And Circuit Design Principles, Including Dc/Dc Converters, Ac/Dc Converters, And Linear Regulators.
Proficiency In Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Ltspice, Saber, And Hyperlynx.
Experience Leading And Mentoring Junior Engineers In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
