In-Depth Knowledge Of International Accounting Standards And Regulations: A Principal Accountant - International Accounting At Raytheon Technologies Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various International Accounting Standards, Such As Ifrs, Us Gaap, And Local Country Gaaps. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In The Latest Updates And Changes To These Standards.
Extensive Experience In Multinational Accounting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Multinational Accounting, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Public Accounting Firm. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex International Accounting Issues And Challenges.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Principal Accountant, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Identify And Resolve Complex Accounting Issues.
