- Conduct quality audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
- Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
- Participate in new product development and design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for incoming materials.
- Work with production teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects to drive quality and cost savings.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Experience With Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Processes
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Lean Methodologies
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Quality Improvements.
