NPI Manufacturing Engineer

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes for advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Lead the design for manufacturability (DFM) process and provide guidance on design changes to optimize efficiency and cost.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential manufacturing issues and develop solutions to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously review and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost analysis for new product designs.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
- Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to identify and implement new processes and techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Npi (New Product Introduction) Manufacturing.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.
Familiarity With Six Sigma Methodology And Experience In Using Statistical Analysis Tools To Drive Process Improvements.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver New Products To Market.
