In this role, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new products and processes for our advanced manufacturing facilities.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes for advanced manufacturing facilities.
  2. Lead the design for manufacturability (DFM) process and provide guidance on design changes to optimize efficiency and cost.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot potential manufacturing issues and develop solutions to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and standards.
  5. Continuously review and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost analysis for new product designs.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
  8. Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and technologies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to identify and implement new processes and techniques.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Npi (New Product Introduction) Manufacturing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Familiarity With Six Sigma Methodology And Experience In Using Statistical Analysis Tools To Drive Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver New Products To Market.
