  1. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on various components and materials according to established procedures and standards.
  2. Utilize advanced inspection techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing to identify defects or irregularities.
  3. Interpret and evaluate inspection results to determine if products meet quality and safety standards.
  4. Document and report all inspection findings accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns identified during inspections.
  6. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing inspections.
  8. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in NDT methods and techniques.
  9. Train and mentor junior NDT inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate inspection practices.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NDT inspections.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of inspections.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Non-Destructive Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Recognized Certification In Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt), Such As Asnt Level Ii Or Iii, To Demonstrate Their Proficiency And Knowledge In Various Ndt Methods.

  • Experience In Ndt Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performing Ndt Inspections Using Various Techniques Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, And Liquid Penetrant Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Asme, Astm, And Aws Is Essential For An Ndt Inspector To Ensure Compliance And Accuracy In Testing Procedures.

  • Attention To Detail: Ndt Inspections Require A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy To Detect And Assess Defects In Materials. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Observational Skills And The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Test Results.

  • Safety Training: Ndt Inspections Involve Working With Hazardous Materials And Equipment, So The Candidate Should Have Completed Safety Training Courses And Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures To Ensure A Safe Working Environment.
