4. Manage and maintain calibration programs for all measurement equipment and tools.
5. Lead and supervise a team of Metrology technicians and analysts.

8. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any metrology-related issues.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for calibration services and equipment purchases.
10. Manage and maintain the Material Review Board process to ensure timely and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials.
11. Analyze and report on metrology and material review board data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in metrology technology.
13. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Metrology department.
14. Ensure the safety of all employees within the Metrology department.
