  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production processes, equipment, and personnel.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to continually improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing managers and supervisors to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality, to optimize processes and resolve any production issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing environment.
  8. Manage and control manufacturing budgets and expenses to meet financial targets.
  9. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve manufacturing capabilities and reduce costs.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean manufacturing principles and encouraging employee involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in manufacturing operations to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Represent the company in meetings with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to discuss manufacturing operations and address any concerns or issues.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's growth and success.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on manufacturing operations performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Experience With Production Planning, Scheduling, And Budget Management.
