- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the manufacturing process.
- Participate in new product development and provide input on design for manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records related to manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement new technologies and techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for process optimization.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and safety.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of quality and excellence.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design For Manufacturability
