  1. Design and develop electrical systems and components for use in our manufacturing process.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges in the manufacturing process.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize existing electrical systems to increase efficiency and reliability.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into our manufacturing process.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to team members and management.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for all electrical systems and components.
  10. Provide support to production teams and assist with training on new processes or equipment.
  11. Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and with other departments.
  14. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Assembly, Testing, Troubleshooting, And Quality Control

  • Proficiency In Electrical Design Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Ul Requirements

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
